"Suspiciously Fast Drive-Thru"
Went through the drive-thru today and it was so fast I’m not totally convinced they weren’t expecting me. Ordered, paid, got my food, and was back on the road before I could even question what was going on. Whatever system they’ve got running behind the scenes, it’s working

I always enjoy checking out their seasonal drinks, and the pumpkin one was actually really good. That said, the holiday drink was way too sweet for my taste, so it feels like the limited-time options can be a bit inconsistent. Ordering online was easy though, and I’ll probably still keep trying the new seasonal stuff when it comes out.

"Great selection, but I hate missing the seasonal stuff"
There’s always a lot to choose from, which I really appreciate. My only complaint is that the seasonal items seem to disappear too quickly. When I find something I like, I feel like I have to stock up right away or I’m going to miss out, which is a little frustrating

"Easy, No-Fuss Orders"
Ordered from Caribou a few times now, and everything’s been spot on. Drinks, snacks, oat milk, no whip, always right. Nothing wild, just nice not having to fix anything or call. Super easy.

"Couldn’t really relax with all the noise"
I stopped in mostly just wanting a coffee and a quiet spot, so I’ll admit I was mainly paying attention to the atmosphere more than anything else. The place felt cramped, the table I sat at was sticky, and the music was way louder than I expected. Maybe the coffee was fine, but I had a hard time focusing on it because the whole place just felt too messy and noisy for me.

I’ve ordered from cariboucoffee a handful of times now, the prices seem fair. Not crazy cheap or anything, which always makes me a little suspicious when the “deals” pop up, like I’m wondering if I’m actually saving much. But the coffee is noticeably better than a lot of the grocery store stuff I’ve tried, so I keep coming back. If you catch a sale at the right time, it’s worth grabbing a few bags. Shipping was totally fine too, and I didn’t feel like I got hit with some weird extra cost at checkout. Overall, I’d say the value is solid for what you get...

"Easy to manage"
I’ve had my Caribou subscription for a few months now, and it’s been really easy to deal with. I had to change my delivery date once and, uh, it was way simpler than I expected. I also skipped a bag while I was out of town and didn’t run into any annoying steps or hassle. It’s nice when something actually works the way you think it should.
"Really fresh beans, really fresh"
I ordered whole beans from Caribou Coffee they showed up smelling so fresh. Like, fresh fresh. The bag was sealed up nicely, and the coffee tasted way better than the old beans I had sitting at home. Shipping was totally fine too, no issues there. Happy with the whole order and I’ll definitely be ordering again

"Quick Pickup, But the App Could Be Smoother"
I ordered ahead and my pickup was really quick, which I’m sure other customers would appreciate too. The only downside was that the app froze on me once, so that was a little frustrating. Overall, convenient experience.

I’ve ordered from cariboucoffee.com a few times now, and it’s been such a nice experience. The coffee I’m looking for is almost always in stock, including my favorite blends, which makes me so happy. It’s super easy to reorder without having to search around at a bunch of other places. I’m really pleased with it...

"Clean, Calm, and Honestly Great"
I stop by this Caribou Coffee often, and it’s always clean, which I totally appreciate in a very normal and calm way. The tables are wiped down, the floors look good, and even the bathroom was clean, which I definitely notice. It just makes it a nice place to sit for a bit without feeling rushed or annoyed. The staff also seem to stay on top of everything, even when it gets busy. Easy 5 stars from me...

"Good coffee, but I wish the support was faster"
I’ve always liked Caribou, so I was a little disappointed when it took a few days for customer service to get back to me about my question. They did end up helping me in the end, which I appreciate, but I wish the replies had been quicker

"Decent promos, but rewards are slower than I expected"
The promos do help once in a while, which is nice, but I expected the rewards to add up a bit faster. It’s not bad, just takes more time than I thought to really feel like I’m getting much back.

"Easy stop on my way to work"
I end up at Caribou Coffee a lot because it’s just easy for me. There’s one near my house and another right by my office, so I can grab coffee without making an extra trip or, well, without really changing my routine at all.
The drive-thru is usually quick too, even during the morning rush. It’s not some big fancy reason, I just, actually, that’s kind of the whole point, it fits into my day really well, and that makes it worth stopping

"Always such friendly staff"
Umm, every time I stop by Caribou Coffee, the staff are really nice. Even when it’s busy, they still greet you and don’t make you feel like you’re being rushed out. It just has a good, easy vibe, and it makes grabbing coffee there feel relaxed.

The coffee did arrive. It just took longer than I thought it would. Not a huge deal. Just a little slow this time

Overall, I’d say the seats were good. I sat and read for a while without feeling uncomfortable, which is kind of the main thing. A few of the chairs did feel a little worn, but nothing that really ruined the experience.

I had an issue with my online order and wasn’t totally sure what to do at first. Customer service got back to me quickly, though, and they were able to make it right. I really appreciated the help, and I’d probably order from them again...
